OUR SERVICES:

Divorce Mediation

Comprehensive Divorce Mediation helps the couple to solve financial problems (property, alimony, child support) and custody integrally.

Studies show that couples who took the Mediation proceeding were more pleased with the results and consequences of the divorce compared to those who used the justice system.

Marital Mediation

Marital Mediation is useful for couples who want to stay married. It uses mediation techniques to improve communication, helps couples address repeated problematic issues in their relationship and develop skills that focus on the behavioral changes each person will make in order to lessen future conflicts.

Prenup/Postnup Agreement

Prenuptial/ Postnup agreements, also called “premarital/postmarital agreements”,are contracts between spouses that determine how certain issues such as alimony and property division are treated during a divorce. These agreements cover each spouse’s financial rights and obligations both during and after the marriage.

Family Mediation

Cases in which family Mediation can be applied:  Wills and inheritances.

Family businesses: daily conduct, future plans or activity, passing the business to children generation, conflicts between family members working in the business.

Family conflicts – over property, relations between siblings.

Relationship between parents and adolescent children.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching is a process in which a Conflict Coach helps a client to manage conflict more constructively and effectively, gives clients support while keeping them in control of decisions about their conflict situation.

Needed when one party wants to resolve or manage a conflict but the other declines, doesn’t want to, or cannot.

Divorce Coaching

Divorce coaching provides one-on-one support to help individuals navigate the emotional and practical challenges of separation and divorce. A divorce coach acts as an ally, offering guidance on communication, goal setting, and emotional processing, while also helping with logistics like financial planning. While they don't provide legal or therapeutic advice, they fill a gap by focusing on empowerment, helping clients make clear-headed decisions and build a new life.

What a divorce coach can do

  • Provide emotional support: Offer a safe space to process feelings, manage stress, develop coping skills.
  • Guide through the divorce process: Help clients understand and navigate the logistical aspects.
  • Improve communication: Teach strategies for communicating effectively and constructively with an ex-spouse during heated discussions.
  • Help with goal setting: Assist in setting realistic expectations and goals for the future, both during and after the divorce.
  • Make referrals: Connect clients with necessary professionals, like realtors, psychologists, and financial advisors.

What a divorce coach is not

  • A lawyer: A divorce coach does not provide legal advice or represents in court.
  • A therapist: While they provide emotional support, divorce coaching is not the same as therapy, as coaches focus on practical, forward-looking goals rather than in-depth mental health treatment.
