Mrs. Almog is an experienced and has extraordinary abilities in the fields of Mediation, Negotiation, Coaching, Facilitation and Consulting.
She is a PhD student at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), Department of Conflict Resolution (Florida, USA), as well as a Master’s degree in Business - Science of Management (MSM) from the New York University – Polytechnic.
Her company Gishoor LLC is internationally renowned and offers services that no other mediation center does.
Since 2015 Mrs. Almog is one of a very exclusive and limited group of Florida Supreme Court Family, Civil Circuit, Appellate and County mediators.
In 2020 Mrs. Almog was chosen to be a member of the Florida Supreme Court Mediator Qualifications and Discipline Review Board.
She has over 25 years of full-time experience in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
From 2003 until 2013, she was the founder, CEO of “Efrat Mediation Center” in Israel that grew to three branches. In the early chapters of her career, Mrs. Almog's pursuits led her to secure certification as a Court Mediator in Israel and was recognized as a Mediation Training institute by the Israeli Court Management.
Amid her diverse array of mediation and negotiation triumphs, she further etched her mark by assuming the role of a co-Judge within the labor court from 2005 to 2008. This role not only underscores her profound grasp of legal intricacies but also showcases her remarkable ability to deliver equitable and unbiased judgments concerning disputes.
Spanning the years from 2010 to 2013, Mrs. Almog extended her influence by founding and managing several Community Mediation Centers in Israel, a testament to her dynamic leadership and dedication to fostering dispute resolution within the community.
In 2013, Mrs. Almog founded Gishoor LLC and became the CEO of the company in the USA. Gishoor LLC provides mediation and coaching services for business disputes, family owned business disputes, prenuptial agreements, as well as conflicts among family members such as marital disputes, divorces disputes, conflict coaching and divorce coaching.
Beyond her impressive credentials, she assumed a pivotal role as a Board Director within the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR). Moreover, her influence extended to the position of Section Director, where her leadership encompassed the oversight of 14 distinct sections operating within the realm of conflict resolution.
A significant milestone in Mrs. Efrat Almog's career was her noteworthy involvement in the U.S. Congress as a Researcher. Her contribution was instrumental in the preparation and submission of a report titled "A Reappraisal - The Nature and Value of Ombudsmen in Federal Agencies" to the US Senate in the year 2016.
Mrs. Efrat Almog founded Gishoor LLC in 2013 and became the CEO of the company. Under her leadership, Gishoor became one of the best known and recognized mediation center in the United States.
Gishoor's services encompass Mediation and Negotiation Training in Hebrew, mediation for Israeli and Jewish family-owned enterprises, family mediation, divorce mediation (including Collaborative Mediation), marital mediation, divorce coaching, conflict coaching, workplace mediation, and online mediation.
